The AES6002 is a high-performance Layer 3 Ethernet switch equipped with 48×10Gb SFP+ ports and 6×100Gb QSFP28 uplinks, designed to meet the high-density access and aggregation demands of next-generation data center networks. The 100Gb ports are backward compatible with 40GbE, allowing for flexible deployment in mixed-speed environments. The switch features 1+1 redundant power supplies and 3+1 hot-swappable fans, delivering continuous uptime and front-to-back airflow for efficient cooling. With support for VXLAN, EVPN, and MLAG, the AD-S500-48XF6H provides scalable Layer 2/3 virtualization and robust multi-tenant isolation capabilities.
Built for advanced enterprise and cloud-scale deployments, the switch supports full Layer 2/3 routing protocols—including OSPF, BGP, IS-IS, and MPLS—alongside hardware-based traffic monitoring with sFlow and RSPAN. Its dual-stack IPv4/IPv6 architecture, BFD link fault detection, and redundancy protocols such as ERPS and VRRP ensure high network stability and resiliency. The AD-S500-48XF6H also incorporates comprehensive security features including ACLs, ARP protection, CPU safeguarding, and SSH/SSL encrypted management. Multiple access options—CLI, Web UI, SNMP, Telnet, and USB—make it easy to integrate and manage in diverse data center environments.
